Lacrosse, originally known as stickball, is one of North America's oldest team sports. Native American tribe, the Haudenosaunee were known to play stickball, also referred to as "The Creator's Game." Elder tribal leaders frequently organized stickball games to resolve disputes peacefully. Able Lacrosse harnesses "The Creator's Game" to foster community unity and physical training through inclusive participation.

Meet Jeremy Guski and James Synowiez, Co-Directors of Lacrosse. With a shared wealth of seasoned expertise, Jeremy and James are the driving force behind our adaptive programming. Both accomplished athletes, coaches, and educators, they have an unyielding passion for promoting inclusivity within the world of lacrosse. Their commitment to the sport and their dedication to making it accessible to all ensure that our lacrosse program is a winning opportunity for everyone.
